Effortlessly verify age by scanning the ID on the phone
The app reads identity documents (ID card, passport, driving licence) and displays the person's age. A traffic-light system shows which product may be sold: under 16 (red), between 16 and 18 (yellow) and over 18 (green). It also checks whether the document is still valid – expired documents are flagged.
The age check works entirely offline. No personal data (names, photos, document numbers) is stored or transmitted.
App not available in the Play Store?
Whenever possible, install the app from Google Play or the App Store – that is the only way to receive updates automatically.
If the app is not available on your Android device, you can download it as an APK file and install it manually.
Important: With a manual installation you are responsible for the app yourself. You will not receive automatic updates – you have to download and install each new version from this page yourself.
